We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our awesome and growing team of innovators at our 45,000 sq. ft lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California, for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery. Job Summary:

Enovix is seeking a Production Supervisor to work directly for the Shift Managers. This position is currently for our Day Shift (Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm). The expectation of the Lead is to identify roadblocks in the process, manage the WIP and communicate to Engineering any process issues. The Lead should be able to multitask, help support their manager and the operators on the line while continuing to perform the task asked of them as a Production Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Operations team to achieve all production shift goals.

• Learn, operate, develop, identify gaps, and help resolve issues currently on the R&D Line

• Support priority changes - Should know how to adjust priority based on changes on the floor

• Communicating Manager calls.

• Scope of responsibility: identifying roadblocks within the shift that are limiting the Operators from performing their job at the highest proficiency.

• Support ENG with information needed to write work instructions and support training

• Evaluate workflow and work processes and implement improvements with help the of QA and process engineering.

• Working Lead - 80% of the shift will be dedicated to Operational tasks and 20% will be used to support the team’s with Lead tasks.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of Lead experience and/or 3 to 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to coordinate operational activities between Operations and Engineering

• High degree of manual dexterity in lab scale environment

• Must show high degree of initiative in identifying and resolving production related issues

• Detail oriented, organized, diligent, and responsible

• Very proactive, self-motivated, and independent- learn the needs of the team and develop solutions to address these needs.
