We're looking for an experienced, high performing individual to be the Director of Product Marketing focused on our industry vertical offerings and channel reseller technical readiness. You will lead our industry and channel technical market readiness strategy and will collaborate “hands on” with key industry business stakeholders to ensure that product go-to-market strategy and plans are aligned. Leadership opportunities for the right candidate. This individual will bring a customer perspective to all programs and processes across the company. You are a strategic problem solver with excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence management skills. You have proven analytic skills, keen attention to detail and ability to overcome obstacles. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on, self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment. You are flexible, highly-adaptable, and able to think on your feet. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.

Responsibilities
  • Primary partner for the commercial business teams to understand market feedback and reseller/customer needs in order to help maximize market opportunity, establish industry market approach strategy and facilitate product market feasibility for product features on the roadmap. Monitor product market fit as the product begins to gain market traction and recommend adjustments to product strategy as needed.
  • Direct channel/reseller product feature “ready for market” activities (internal and external training, documentation requirements, value proposition, etc.) including oversight/production of relevant industry/channel/reseller technical messaging for global product/feature releases.
  • Work closely with brand, corporate marketing, customer care, product management and relevant technical teams on sourcing & producing needed product/technical marketing content, tracking deliverables, and messaging alignment on corporate goals and work support HR colleagues to ensure employees are brought along on the product journey through internal communications, all-hands meetings, etc.
  • Partner with Platform & Ecosystem/Developer Relations/Demo and solutions colleagues to develop strategies to make it easier to leverage industry developer solutions to max value for reseller and commercial activities, including promoting to various key internal groups (i.e. partner marketing, events, channel/resellers)
  • Support external/customer engagements and be able to demonstrate product at a technical level.
  • Work closely with VP of Product Management & Developer programs to ensure teams deliverables and goals are highly visible and tracked.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in VR/AR/MR/XR enterprise/B2B go-to-market
  • 10+ years of work experience in cross-functional leadership, startups, sales, marketing and business development
  • Proven ability to build and manage multidisciplinary teams, both direct and indirect
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills including proven ability to build consensus and buy-in across multiple levels of the business
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver high-quality content across wide spectrum of audiences
  • Proficiency in Google Slides
Education
  • Background in industrial design, business, psychology, strategy, marketing, product management, strategic design, information systems or another relevant field
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a related field
  • Master’s Degree preferred
