What You’ll Do
As a Senior Manager for Product Marketing you are a key member of our team. You will be responsible for Product Line Management, Product Marketing and Promotional activities for Samsung SSD & eStorage products to PC, Gaming, AR/VR and Consumer customers in North America. Responsibilities will include Market Sensing through Customer meetings, Research Firms, and other industry contacts related to SSD. Supporting Sales & Customers with Roadmap/Market updates, and Technical trends. You will be the product/market subject matter expert and provide training to the Sales team on a regular basis. In this role you will be expected to deliver complete Design-in tracking for US customers including TAM/SAM and market share analysis as well as prepare and publish Product updates to the Sales team on a monthly or quarterly basis
Location: This is a Hybrid role, working onsite at our San Hose headquarters at least 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

Reports to: Director of Marketing, Datacenter Segment
- Analyze the market to understand pricing, demand, supply, inventory, and end customer/market application and roadmap trends.
- Create and drive product promotion and marketing strategies for the US market and key Tier 1 customers.
- Key stakeholder/influencer for future product development and roadmap alignment for US customers.
- End-to-end product line management working with technical teams on product development and roadmap trends, to Go-to-market/Product promotion and marketing collateral creation, to product life management.
- Create reports for management including PowerPoint, Word, Email, meeting minutes, etc.
- Track and analyze Sales data in Excel.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring

- Bachelors and 15 years of experience, or an MS/MBA and 13 years of experience, or a PhD and 10 years of experience preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Memory or Semiconductor (NAND Flash, Client SSD, Storage related industry preferred)
- In depth understanding of NAND Flash, Client SSD, and eStorage products, trends, pricing, and markets, including datacenter products and applications
- Strong analytical skills, Ability to grasp complex financial, technical, and marketing concepts and data to deeply understand business/Mkt trends and develop key strategies
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones
- Familiarity with Korean language and culture is a plus
- Previous experience with PC, Gaming, AR/VR & Consumer customers
