We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager with amazing communication and customer service skills to handle all incoming and outgoing communication with our customers and partners. The manager will be expected to track, organize, and communicate ,all feedback, and resolve issues as often as possible. This position is 100% remote.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor all channels of customer communication and respond in quick and efficient manner
  • Lead the Customer Support team- hiring, training, and coaching for excellence
  • Resolve as many issues as possible or escalate as needed, always owning the process from start to finish.
  • Be the voice of the member, identify common friction points with an eye toward solutions


Qualifications

3+ Years leading a Customer Service Support team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for service and helping others

Outstanding organization and time management skills

An interest in health and fitness
