Job Description:

The Virtuix team is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator at our Austin, TX headquarters to support our U.S. operations.

As an Operations Coordinator at Virtuix, you will report to the Operations Director and assist with various tasks related to installation and service of our Omni Arena product, release of our new Omni One product, and day-to-day operation of our Austin office.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipments and packing lists for customer orders and monthly maintenance packages
• Send shipment notifications to customers
• Book travel, lodging, and equipment rentals for the Omni Arena installation team
• Book travel for the CEO and sales team
• Assist with planning and booking team events
• Purchase supplies for the office and breakroom
• Assist with other operations tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Related work experience at a company that manufactures or distributes physical products
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
• Thrives in a startup’s do-it-all culture

Nice to Have:

• Degree or certification in operations-related field
• Customer service experience
• Experience with travel booking
• Experience in other operations tasks, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost tracking
