Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• IT cloud infrastructure and stability
• Infrastructure telemetry and reporting
• Manage policies in Azure AD to improve production environment
• Onboarding new users, user management, and systems setup
• Establish and maintain hardware tracking systems
• Define InfoSec best practices and train employees
• Time critical IT troubleshooting
• Integrating tools and automation to improve workflows
• Remote troubleshooting

This is the right opportunity for you if you:

• Have 3+ years as System Administrator
• Have experience with:

Azure AD/Microsoft 365 administration

Atlassian Suite administration (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)

MFA/SSO configuration and management

SaaS management

Software updates, licensing, and security

• Stay organized in a fast-paced, fluid environment
• Can multi-task, working on multiple products and releases in parallel
• Work effectively with non-technical staff
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Are a pragmatic and creative problem solver
• Are willing to view graphic surgical content on occasion
• Are willing to wear and troubleshoot VR headsets on occasion
• Are responsible, reliable, and resilient while maintaining a sense of humor

Preferred qualifications:

• Remote/distributed teams
• Simulation or game development environments
• Agile software teams
• A demonstrated interest in virtual reality
