Role of an Art Producer at ForeVR
We are looking for someone to help us create fun and engaging games and set the bar for how good casual games can look in VR! As an Art Producer you will be the point of contact between artists, designers and engineers to flesh out requirements, track day-to-day deliverables and report overall progress.

You will work with internal and outsourced art teams to make sure they are delivering on time and up to the quality bar set by the creative lead. You will own the art schedule and will always be looking for opportunities to improve process and communication. This role will allow you to use your soft skills to collaborate and over communicate with other production members, artists and designers resulting in the best looking art in VR games.

Role Responsibilities:
Work with a team of designers and engineers to ensure art goals line up with game features and content requirements

Review outsourced art assets with the Art Director and compile feedback into easy to understand and actionable items

Track and schedule artists using the right mix of agile methodology and process that best fits the needs of the team

Organize all art to making sure assets are properly tracked for sprints and releases

Partner with leads to maximize the productivity of the art team and to explore new opportunities in process and workflows

Generate and maintain documentation and schedules to over communicate the plan and deliver games that look best in class

Plan and Participate in art reviews to make sure artists are aligned with design and creative leadership

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in game production working with internal and external artists

Preferably a background in Art

Excellent communication skills

Ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts among teams

Strong organizational skills and self motivated

Understanding of traditional art principles and theory

Familiarity with, Adobe Photoshop, Unity, 3d modeling software

Comfortable with JIRA and Google Suite of tools

Great soft skills and a willingness to help unblock the team

Worked with at least 3 external vendors

2+ years of Liveops experience, bonus if in an artist role or as Art Producer

Fluent in both internal and external mobile game development cycles from concept to post release.

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Solid ability to build, track, and maintain complex schedules.

Knowledge of free to play game market

Has played VR games

Calm and deliberate within a highly dynamic, culturally diverse, energized, and fast-paced working environment.
