WKND HRS is a young and scrappy creative production company powered by 3D technology. We embrace cultural shifts with a passion for pushing boundaries via immersive storytelling.
As a production company we work directly with brands and marketing agencies to produce immersive and engaging experiences. Through previous works, we have built relationships with some of the biggest marketing agencies who invite us to collaborate on marketing campaigns to typically fill the AR, 3D portion of campaign briefs.
Qualifications
• You enjoy a fast paced environment where creativity is often fluid and reactive
• You thrive in a collaborative environment where multiple creative team members work together
• 4+ years in a Creative Director role within a creative agency, gaming company or entertainment brand
• Proven experience building and guiding creative teams to success
• A leader: Inspiring and influential voice with experience selling in creative experiences to different audiences
• A storyteller: an understanding of cohesive narrative across everything from a presentation to a pithy end-line to a piece of content
• A creator: you drive creativity that inspires breakthrough activations and content across a variety of mediums
• Insights: an ability to turn insights into breakthrough ideas
• Knows how to tells stories using design to bring ideas to life
• Fluent in adobe photoshop and design, with the ability to create comps
• You're able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Has a portfolio with digital, integrated and cross platform campaigns. Has some experience with Augmented Reality / Immersive campaigns.
• Has proven skills in the areas of conceptual and visual design
• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different creatives disciplines and teams
• Has ample experience working with and presenting to clients at all levels
• Has outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
• Can look at corporate brands from a fresh angle
• Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
• Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and typography
• Understands Augmented Reality Trends
Responsibilities
• This involves creative engagement from inception to execution; including campaign narratives, content planning, creative platforms and creative direction for assets and activations
• Work closely with the larger marketing team to execute creative ideas across communications, content, and channels
• Beyond the ideation of the creative, partner with the Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and integrated execution of the creative across channels
• Be the Creative contact for all external vendors and agencies
• Manage client relationship and work to deepen their knowledge of interactive marketing
