YOU ARE a talented Motion Graphics Artist. You bring stories to life by creating breathtaking designs and inspiring motion graphics. At times you'll be creating concepts and style frames for pitches and mood boards, other times you'll be creating animation for a variety of clients in various delivery formats. Position Requirements

 · Minimum three (3) years of experience in design and Motion Graphics

· Must be proficient in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D

· The ability to create designs, 2D images, motion graphics, and compositing

· Maintain clear and ongoing communication regarding project status

· Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

· Help build on our creative legacy and award-winning work

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience

 · Minimum three (3) years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

· Working knowledge of Cinema 4D

· Working knowledge of Particle systems, X-Particles plug-in

· Strong design aesthetics with layout, typography, and graphic design

· Experience with data driven visualization generated by Excel or JSON is a plus

· Experience Storyboarding and creating concepts is a plus

· Familiarity with VFX and post processing, video codecs and compression methods, and the latest software and plugins

· Must be able to balance quality with project timeframe

· Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and work well in a team environment

· Must be resourceful with excellent follow-through skills

· Must have strong multi-tasking ability

· Working knowledge of interactive media (e.g., VR/AR, display technologies, video 2D/3D animation and interactive software, mobile devices) is a plus

· Experience working collaboratively with cross-disciplinary, art, programming, production, and technology teams

· Experience working on short-timeline and fast paced projects

· Must be a strong leader and teammate. Must be punctual, reliable, highly flexible, and excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects

· Must have excellent presentation and communication skills (written, oral, internal and client-facing)

· Must have relevant online portfolio

· This is a Hybrid role, which allows for work to be completed from home three days per week. You will be required to work onsite 2 days each week, or more depending on business needs.
