Job Description
Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented analyst to deploy projects, processes, and programs that help us build capability to scale, improve operational efficiency, increase sales productivity, and drive growth for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Meta’s mission and the power of augmented/virtual reality in making a positive impact on the world, has experience in operations, highly analytic, an excellent problem solver, strong communication skills and experience managing cross-functional work streams, an eagerness to work in a rapidly evolving space, and thrives under pressure and ambiguity. DTC Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations with key focuses on supporting sales and customer experience.
- Deliver against the team’s KPIs.
- Identify key issues that are barriers to sustainable growth and drive issue resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Influence the design of business solutions (programs, processes, policies, tools) to ensure they are compliant, operationally viable, and experience-focused.
- Lead or support new business initiatives and product launches across global cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and derive insights from large data sets and build tactical excel-based reporting to support sales and operations.
- Develop streamlined processes and mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and communication.
- Manage relationships with cross-functional partners, such as Sales, Operations, Product Management, Support Operations, and Engineering.
- Put together documents and presentations to be presented to cross-functional teams.
- Lead and participate in meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or equivalent work experience.
- BS/BA in Business, Operations, or similar discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office tools/Google Suite, advanced level in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience operating independently and executing on both the strategic and operational level in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Experience in building new processes and delivering process optimization/improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with identifying gaps and opportunities, developing solutions, and providing sound business insights and recommendations through influencing.
- Experience in leading or working with multiple teams to achieve alignment and agreed outcomes.
- Communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the direct-to-consumer sales space for consumer hardware.
- Proven stakeholder management experience, including managing multiple partners simultaneously.
- Experience in managing highly complex programs, with multiple stakeholder organizations, and significant scale.
