What our Senior Software Developers Do
- Design and develop cutting-edge enterprise web applications and cloud-based solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Lead discussions with client leadership and work with a team of intelligent technology professionals to recommend application solutions with cloud-hosted platforms and/or a database backends
- Utilize a wide array of modern codebase and cloud services to build solutions that are slated for continuous improvements in functionality, infrastructure, and operations as the solutions evolve
- Encourage innovation and software engineering best practices internally and externally
- Aggressively grow your skillset and expertise to meet emerging needs
- Expert experience with back-end web development using Node.js
- Experience with one or more modern Front End frameworks (React, React, Vue, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript
- Knowledge of cloud foundation principles and standards; hands-on experience working with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure products & solutions is ideal
- Knowledge of Design Systems & Atomic Design principles
- Knowledge of scalable CSS architecture methodologies & software design principles
- Knowledge of gitflow / source control best practices
- Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, RESTful Interfaces & Enterprise Application Patterns
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with web performance best practices
- Experience setting up / writing unit, integration, and end to end tests
- Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration, and open communication
- Knowledge of the principles & patterns of Agile software development
